Post-Hardcore/Electronica band from Pittsburgh, PA Voices & Vessels have signed to Fort Charter Records, The band will release their "Those Who Deceive" on January 1st, 2013. Fort Charter’s owner Nathaniel Lay had this to say on the signing, “This is a very exciting time for Fort Charter, having just recently launched with one powerful band off the bat.
